摘要
医学论文质量评价、信息交换的传统模式正在发生变化。审稿方法有明显缺陷而改革乏力。引文分析和影响因子的使用存在争议,且偏离了正确的使用轨道。开放存取出版模式与传统审稿方法相结合或许能成为医学论文评价的一种途径,做到真正意义上的"公开,公平,公正"。
The conventional models of quality assessment of biomedical papers and information exchange have greatly changed in the last few years. Peer review system has its weakness in medical journal publishing but has not changed much worldwide. The use of citation analysis and impact factor in assessment of research papers is out the correct track. Open access in combination with traditional peer review system seems to be feasible in evaluating biomedical research papers, and in some sense it is ＂open, fair and justice＂.
