摘要 目的通过对灭菌环节、器械包装、维护保养的探讨,分析灭菌失败的原因,提出相应改进措施,规范等离子体灭菌的使用方法。方法研究医院2007-2008年用强生STERRAD100S对手术器械进行的280锅次等离子灭菌过程。结果累积灭菌280锅次,其中有255锅次顺利完成,另25锅次经排除问题后,重新灭菌,均顺利完成。结论STERRAD100S低温等离子体灭菌规范使用,采取有效的预防措施,加快了手术器械的周转率,减少贵重器械的购置,提高了灭菌效果,对手术室灭菌消毒的发展有积极的意义。 OBJECTIVE To find out the reasons for the "failure of sterilization of low temperature plasma antiseptic, and make corresponding measures to improve and standardize the plasma sterilization methods. METHODS A total of 280 times with the plasma sterilization by Johnson & Johnson STERRAD100S from the November 2007 to 2008 were conducted. RESULTS Among the antiseptic 280 pots, 255 pots were completed smoothly. Another 25 pots were finished after removing the barriers. CONCLUSIONS The STERRAD100S low temperature plasma antiseptic is used standardizedly, taking effective measure, to speed up cycling rate of surgery instruments, reducing precious instrument's purchase and enhancing the antiseptic effect. It can positively use in operating room for antiseptic disinfection.
