摘要
目的了解本中心医院的医院感染情况,以便加强医院感染控制,提高医疗质量。方法采用连续常规监测和分析监测资料的方法,对连续5年医院感染情况作出评估。结果5年来医院各项监测数据总体显示消毒合格率逐年增高,空气Ⅱ类环境合格率为65%-85%,Ⅲ类环境合格率为72%-95%;物体表面消毒合格率为82%-96%左右;无菌物品和压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率均为100%。各年度医院感染的感染率波动在4.2%-6.1%。结论该院医院感染控制质量存在薄弱环节,应加强对医护人员手部消毒的管理并进一步提高医院感染管理质量。
Objective To know the status of nosocomial infection of this central hospital in order to strengthen the control of nosocomial infection and to improve the quality of medical care.Methods Continuous routine monitoring and analysis of monitoring data were used to evaluate the status of nosocomial infection in successive five years.Results In 5 years,the monitoring data of various items as a whole showed that the eligible rate increased year by year.The eligible rates of air of classⅡ environment,class-Ⅲ environment,surfaces of various objects after disinfection,sterile articles and autoclaves were 65%-85%,72%-95%, 82%-96%,100% and 100% respectively.The rate of nosocomial infection per year ranged from 4.2% to 6.1%.Conclusions There were weak points in quality of control of nosocomial infection in this hospital,so the administration of disinfection of hands of medical and nursing staffs should be strengthened and the quality of administration of nosocomial infection should be improved further.
