摘要
引入国外的公民社会权利理论,作为分析完善我国农民工社会保障制度的学理基础,要求我们通过制度创新,给农民工以平等的国民待遇,落实公民的迁徙自由,扩展农民工的社会权利,解决农民工社会保障制度缺失问题。
This paper introduces foreign citizen social right theory into China as a theoretical base for improving rural workers＇ social security. It claims that we should make institutional innovation to give rural workers equal citizen treatment and freedom of migration, broaden rural workers＇ social right and solve the problem of the lack of their social secunty.
