摘要
消费的扩大与可持续消费都是为了增进最广大人民的利益,二者存在内在统一性。消费持续扩大的基础是最广大居民收入分配状况的不断改善。扩大消费需求必须有利于资源节约和环境保护。
Enlarging consumption and sustainable consumption are both for the benefit of the mass. They are united in essence. The premise for continuous enlarging of consumption is the constant improvement of the people＇ s income. Enlarging consumption demands must be beneficial to saving resources and protecting environment.
