摘要
[目的]了解结核病专科医院住院肺结核患者诊断、登记及治疗管理现状，为开展结核病专科医院与结肪机构的合作提供依据。[方法]2007年10～11月．对太原市1所结核病专科医院2006年7月1日至12月31日诊断的住院肺结核患者147例进行调查。[结果]调查的147例患者中，113例为新病人，仅有7例使用了国家统一标准化疗方案；患者出院时转诊率达90．47％，仅有52．39％到结防机构就诊；总体完成治疗率为69．81％。[结论]太原市1家结核病专科医院对结核病患者的诊断治疗不规范；出院患者转诊效果差．在结防机构登记的较少，完成治疗率低。
[Objective]To understand the status of diagnosis, registration and management of pulmonary tuberculosis （TB） patients in specialist hospitals, provide theoretical basis for the cooperation between the specialist hospitals and tuberculosis prevention institutions. [Methods]Investigation was conducted on the patients diagnosed between 1 July and Dec. 31th. 2006 in a TB specialist hospital. [Results]Only seven cases in 113 new cases were given national unified standard chemotherapy. The rate of referral were 90.47 %, but the number to see a doctor accounted for 52.38 %. The treatment rate was only 69.81 %. [Conclusion]TB diagnosis and treatment of specialist hospitals was not standardized. The referral effect of patients discharged from hospital was poor, and the registration was less in TB institutions. The further treatment and management were influenced badly.
