摘要
针对大规模有源相控阵天线中的通道数量多,测试工作量大的特点,设计了一种基于GPIB的自动测试系统,可对有源相控阵天线通道幅相特性进行自动化测量。与手动测试方法相比,本系统大大提高了有源相控阵天线通道测试的效率和准确性,实现了测试数据格式化存储,方便雷达波控系统利用测试数据做进一步的通道幅相校准。实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定,可靠性高,能够满足实际工程的需求。
Aimed at reducing heavy manual work in test of large scale active phased array antenna with numerous channels, a design of automatic antenna test system based on GPIB is presented, the test system automatically measures the amplitude and phase property of active phased array. The system greatly improves the correctness and efficiency of the test results, reduces the workload, and provides convenience for further calibration of amplitude and phase. It is proved to run stably,have high reliability and meet the demand for actual application.
