摘要
分析了目前通信和测控系统装备进行环境试验测试的现状和需求。针对环境试验对自动测试的需求,给出了一种基于通用测试接口GPIB和VISA编程规范的由台式仪器搭建的环境试验自动测试系统(ATS)。介绍了系统原理和架构、软件功能及工作流程,系统的实用性已经在使用中得到了验证。总结了该系统的特点,分析了自动测试系统的发展趋势。
This paper describes the requirement for environmental test.To meet the requirement,an automatic test system based on GPIB and VISA,using desk model instrument,is introduced in terms of the system principle,configuration,software function and work flow.The practicability of the system has been proved in practice.The features of the system are finally summarized,and the development trend of the automatic test system is analyzed.
