玉米生产品种种子带菌和镰孢菌毒素的检测 被引量:8

摘要 采用PDA平板培养法、冷冻滤纸法对24份玉米生产品种进行了种子带菌检测,并用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定了种子中3种镰孢菌毒素的含量。结果表明,玉米种子主要携带镰孢菌(Fusarium),平均带菌率为32.9%,最低为2.8%,最高达到93.3%;其次为曲霉菌(Aspergillus) 3.7%,青霉菌(Penicillium)2.4%,黑孢霉(Nigrospora) 2.1%。种子带菌程度与制种地域无关,主要受到品种自身遗传特性的控制。种子中镰孢菌产生3种毒素水平与种子中镰孢菌的带菌率无对应关系,可能与单粒种子携带的镰孢菌量有关。 Seed health testing was conducted in 24 commercial maize varieties using PDA culture plate and blotter methods, and three major toxins including Fumonisins, Deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin produced by Fusarium. verticillioides were also determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. The results showed that Fusarium species were the most important parasitic fungi in maize seeds with percentage of infection from 2.8% to 93.3% ( mean 32.9% ), followed by Aspergill tively. The rate of seed-borne fungi in different us, Penicillium, Nigrospora with 3.7%, 2.7% and 2.1%, respecvarieties was not related to the seed production region, and related with their genetic background which controls the plant phenotype and resistance. The levels of Fusariurn toxins did not correspond to the rate of Fusarium infected-seed.
