‘红阳’猕猴桃果实花青素含量变化及环剥和ABA对其形成的影响 被引量:18

Changes of Anthocyanin Content in Hongyang Kiwifruits and Effects of Girdling and ABA on Its Accumulation

摘要 以‘红阳’猕猴桃为试材,研究了果实发育过程中花青素含量的变化及环剥结果枝和喷施ABA对果实花青素含量的影响。结果表明,6月5日红阳猕猴桃果实中已检测出花青素,7月27日—8月22日花青素含量增长速度最快,9月4日达到最大值,之后开始下降;环剥结果枝能显著增加果实花青素含量,且在环剥宽度为结果枝直径1/3~1/1范围内增幅随环剥宽度的增加而增加;喷施ABA也显著增加果实花青素含量,且在500~3000mg·L-1范围内,处理浓度越大效果越明显。 The changes of anthocyanin content and the influences of girdling and spraying abscisie acid (ABA) on anthocyanin content in kiwifruits (Actinidia chinensis ' Hongyang' ) were studied. The anthocyanin could be detected on June 5, and the anthocyanin content increased rapidly from July 27 to August 22, appeared to be reaching a maximum value on September 4, and then decreased a few. The anthocyanin content was significantly increased with girdling on bearing shoots and spraying ABA. Furthermore, wider girdling (range in 1/3 to 1/1 of shoot diameter) and higher treatment concentration of ABA (500 -3 000 mg.L^-1) resulted in higher anthocyanin contents.
