摘要
报道了水溶液中主体2,3,6-三甲氧基β-环糊精与客体氢醌及半醌阴离子自由基包结作用的核磁共振研究.研究表明,氢醌容易进入主体的疏水腔中发生包结作用,该包结作用伴随着主体甲氧基质子化学位移的显著变化;而半醌与2,3,6-三甲氧基β-环糊精的包结现象则不明显,甲氧基质子的化学位移几乎不发生变化.
Aqueous solution of inclusion complexes of host 2,3,6 tri O methylated β Cyclodextrin with vip hydroquinone and semiquinone have been studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy in this paper. The inclusion complex ion resulted from insertion of hydroquinone into the host cavity occurs easily, accompanyed with obvious changes of chemical shift of host methoxyl protons; whereas the same is not true for semiquinone.
