摘要
针对6K电力机车牵引座出现的裂纹问题,分析了裂纹产生的原因,利用有限元软件ANSYS对6K机车牵引座进行了有限元分析,然后提出双侧整体补强方案,并对原结构和改进后的结构进行应力测试,根据测试数据进行疲劳评估,保证了机车的安全运行。
This essay analyzed the reasons of cracks which appears in the traction link seat on type 6k electric locomotive, take advantage of ANSYS to analyses the traction link seat. Secondly propose an improved method, at the same time test the stress of original and improved structure in reality. At last the testing in practical prove that it has achieved the guarantee of safety running.
