摘要
以铁路建设项目为研究对象,站在全方位管理视角,以项目管理理论和管理集成理论为基础,结合铁路建设项目和铁路行业自身特点,提出铁路建设项目管理集成系统的总体框架,并在此基础上,从铁路建设项目管理要素、管理过程、管理主体等3个方面进行深入分析,构建较为完整的铁路建设项目管理集成管理体系,并提出构建方法、相关配套措施等内容。
From perspective of all- round management, based on theories of project management and integrated management, this paper studies rail- way construction projects, combines with characteristics of railway industry, points out the overall framework of integrated system, and on this basis, through indepth analysis of management factor, management process and management main body three latitude, constructs more integrated railway construction project integration management system, then points out construction method and related matching measures, etc.
