摘要
针对目前中国施工企业的现状及问题,提出应用科学的项目管理方法是提高中国建筑施工企业综合竞争力的关键。以EVMS理论为基础,提出了一种适合中国施工项目集成化管理的“三值一指标”管理体系,并研究了其在施工项目管理中的具体实现,力图为中国施工项目集成化管理提供借鉴。
In view of the problems in projects in China, the article proposes that we need to use the scientific management theory to improve our project enterprise＇ s competition. And based on the EVMS theory, the article proposes ＂three values and one index＂ theory which can adapt to the integrated management in China and studies its implementation in projects, in order to offer some help to integrated management in China.
