摘要
针对125MN挤压机活动部件的偏移,设计了一种二维位移测量系统,以Intel开源计算机视觉类库OpenCV为基础,利用Cmos摄像头采集激光光斑图像,并结合数字图像处理技术对采集的图像进行预处理、分割、重心算法处理,最终在上位机显示活动部件的二维位移信息。实验表明,系统测量相对精度达到1.3%。
Aiming at the excursion of 125MN exlruder's moving part, a kind of two-dimensional displacement measuring system is designed, which used Cmos camera acquire laser spot image based on Intel Open Source Computer Vision Library --OpenCV, and Combined with digital image processing technology to the image pre-processing, segmentation, the focus algorithm processing, and ultimately displayed the displacement of moving part's twodimensional information in PC. The experiment showed the relative accuracy of measuring system was up to 1.3 %.
