摘要
"三农"问题的核心是农民问题,解决农民问题的关键是增加农民收入,而农民收入的高低与农村劳动力转移数量密切相关。本文介绍了北京市农村劳动力转移的基本情况及特点,通过实证分析得出农村劳动力转移与农民收入有明显的线性相关关系,最后提出相关建议。
The core of ＂the three agricultural problems＂ is the farmer problem, whose core problem is the income, however, The income level of farmers is closely related to the rural force transfer. This paper introduces the general cireumstanees and characters of the rural force transfer in Beijing city, The result of the empirical analysis shows they have very close linear correlation between shifting the rural labor and peasants＇ income. At last, we put forward relavent adviees.
