摘要
以间接碘标记蛋白质的方法制备125I-CaM,比活度为1.56MBq/μg,125I的总标记率为23.1%。实际应用表明,由于减少了直接碘化标记对抗原的损伤,其特异性、稳定性等技术指标均能满足放射免疫工作的要求。
he iodinated calmodulin with 125I by the indirect iodination method is prepared.The specific radioactivity of 125ICaM is 1.56 MBq/μg,the total labelling rate of 125I is 23.1%. Clinical tests indicate that the specificity,stability and other technical specifications of the iodinated CaM can satisfy the needs of RIA for reducing the harm of direct iodination to the antigen.
