摘要
考察了以镍盐为催化剂、铜盐、碘化物为助催化剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂的均相催化体系合成丙烯酸甲酯的反应条件对反应性能的影响,催化体系的回收利用效率以及反应器的放大实验。在反应温度180~200℃,反应初始压力6.0MPa,CO初始分压3.0MPa条件下,丙烯酸甲酯的收率达到54%。此催化体系易于回收,重复利用活性稳定,其放大5倍的丙烯酸甲酯的收率达到放大前的90%。
The reaction of acetylene with methyl formate to synthesize methyl acrylate was carried out at 3.0~7.0MPa and 180~ 200℃. A mixture of nicked and cupric salts and iodide was used as catalyst, and N, Ndiethylformamide as solvent. The reaction conditions were systematically investigated. As a result, 53.4% yield of methyl acrylate was achieved under the optimum conditions. Recycle of the catalyst and scaleup of the process were also tested. The activity of the catalyst recycled was stable, and in the scaledup process by five times, the yield of methyl acrylate was up to 90%, compared with 53.4% before scaleup under the same conditions.
