大学创新团队心理契约对知识共享的影响探析 被引量:4

The Impact of Psychological Contract on Knowledge-sharing in University Innovation Teams

摘要 通过对心理契约和知识共享的含义分析以及调查分析发现,大学创新团队的心理契约通过影响成员的工作满意度、工作参与、组织承诺、信任关系等,间接作用于团队的知识共享过程。 According to the investigation and the analysis of the notions of the psychological contract and knowledge-sharing, it proves that the psychological contract of the university-innovation teams influents indirectly on the knowledge-sharing by affecting the job satisfaction, the job involvement, the organizational commitment and the trust-relationship etc.
