摘要 用间歇式氧化反应釜,在温度为200,220和240℃,风量为150 L/(kg.h)条件下对沥青进行氧化试验。对氧化沥青样品进行软化点和红外光谱测定,将软化点与反应时间用Lockwood模型进行拟合,得到氧化沥青软化点与反应时间的关系;对氧化沥青样品与原料沥青进行红外光谱图的对比分析。结果表明:氧化沥青软化点与反应时间遵循总包一级动力学规律;氧化沥青样品在波数为1 698.1 cm-1处羰基吸收峰面积明显增加,且随反应时间的增加而增加;沥青氧化属于自氧化反应,在反应过程中生成氢过氧化物引发剂;氢过氧化物的裂解生成烷氧自由基,烷氧自由基碎裂生成羰基化合物。 With the air flow of 150 L/ (kg · h), asphalt was oxidated in the batch oxidation reactor at 200 ℃, 220℃ and 240 ℃ respectively. The softening point and infrared spectra of the oxidated asphalt were tested. The softening point and reaction time were fitted by means of Lockwood model, and the relation of softening point and reaction time was obtained. The infrared spectra of the oxidated asphalt and the material asphalt were compared. The results show that the relation of softening point and reaction time follows the laws of overall first order kinetics. The area of oxidated asphalt carbonyl absorption peak increases greatly when the wavenumber equals 1 698.1 cm^-1, and increases with reaction time. The mechanism of asphalt oxidation belongs to self-oxidation. The initiator of hydroperoxide is produced in process of reaction. The hydroperoxide decomposes and produces the alkoxy free radical. Finaly, the alkoxy free radical comes into being the carbonyl compound.
