摘要
制备了混合粘合剂碳糊电极并研究了利眠宁在该电极上的伏安特性.在0.010mol/LHCl溶液中,当有0.010%SLS存在时,利眠宁在-0.80V左右产生一灵敏的阴极溶出伏安峰.在-0.20V处富集150s,线性范围为3.0×10-9~1.0×10-7mol/L,检出限为5.0×10-10mol/L.循环伏安实验结果证实利眠宁在碳糊电极上的吸附为反应物吸附.
The mixed binder carbon paste electrode containing 71% graphite powder, 18% liquid paraffin and 11% glycerol was prepared. On the electrode, chlordiazepoxide yields a cathodic stripping voltammetric peak at -0.80V in a solution containing 0.010 mol/L HCl and 0.010% SLS. It can be used to determine chlordiazepoxide down to 5.0×10 -10 mol/L, the linear range being from 3.0×10 -9 -1.0×10 -7 mol/L. This method can be applied to the determination of chlordiazepoxide in serum samples.
