摘要
用铝酸酯偶联剂改性纳米ZnO,并与钛酸酯和硅烷偶联剂进行比较。结果表明,铝酸酯偶联剂对纳米氧化锌的改性效果略优于钛酸酯偶联剂,而二者均优于硅烷偶联剂。其最佳工艺条件为:偶联剂质量分数为1%,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为30 min,超声时间为20 min。此工艺条件下,亲油化度可达到70.37%,吸水率达到4.79%;纳米ZnO与偶联剂发生充分的作用,引入了偶联剂的相应基团;改性后的纳米ZnO明显改善了分散状态。
Surface of nano--ZnO was modified by the aluminate, then compared with titanate and silane coupling agent respectively. The results show that the effect of aluminate is slight better than titanate, the effect of aluminate and titanate is better than silane coupling agent. Using aluminate coupling agent to modify the nano--ZnO, the optimal experiment condition is as below: coupling agent amout is 1G, reaction temperature is 100 ℃, reaction time is 30 min, ultrasonic time is 20 min. Under the condition, the oil- affinity degree and water- sorption percent are 70. 37% and 4. 79% respectively. The corresponding groups of the coupling agent are introduced to the sufficient function between the nano--ZnO and couping agent. The dispersing properties of the modified nano--ZnO are improved markedly.
