摘要
以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为前驱体,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为结构导向剂和碳源,用固相法在有氧环境和低温条件下,制备CeO2@C纳米核壳结构. XRD、FESEM和TEM分析表明,产物粒径在10-30 nm,并且具有一定的多面体外形,表面碳层约2 nm.结果表明,利用SDS的—SO4-基团和Ce3+的键合作用,能够诱导CeO2的有序生长,形成具有特定晶面的纳米颗粒.
CeO2@C core-shell nano structure was synthesized via a solid phase method at low calcine temperature in the presence of oxygen,with Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as precursor,SDS as structure oriented agent and carbon source.The product was in a size of 10-30 nm and presented polyhedral shape with -2 nm thick carbon coated.The results indicated that the interaction between-SO4- and Ce3+could be used to induce the oriented growth of CeO2 to form nanoparticle with special crystal faces,which would be beneficial to the research of the catalytic properties of CeO2.
