摘要
现代高校学生管理必须高度重视学生的主体地位,以学生为本的学生管理理念已成为一种必然趋势。从学生工作的角度出发,论述学生工作与教学工作之间互动的依据、条件、方式以及两者的互动关系对培养高素质、高技能人才所起的作用。
It is of necessity to attach great importance to students as focus in the modem college student management work, for the student-centered philosophy has been an inevitable trend. This paper, from the angle of student work, discusses the motivation, condition and mode of the interaction between student work and teaching and its role in the cultivation of talents of high quality and high technology.
