摘要
通过信息化时代图书馆数字参考咨询工作的重要意义分析,主要介绍了数字参考咨询工作框架的建立和运行,提出了开展数字参考咨询服务的具体方法。
This paper analyzes the importance of digital reference of library in the information times, and introduces the building and running of digital reference service framework. It also proposes some concrete ways of eondueting digital reference service.
