摘要
SERCOS-Ⅲ是SERCOS协议的第三个发展阶段,它融合了以太网技术,采用光纤或者低成本的双绞线作为传输介质,把SERCOS协议的发展推到一个新的阶段。本文在探讨SERCOS-Ⅲ的原理的基础上,设计了在通用通信控制器(ARM9)及标准以太网硬件上加载SERCOS软件模式的SERCOS-Ⅲ接口卡,并且详细探讨了SERCOS-Ⅲ接口卡的硬件实现方式和软件结构。
SERCOS-Ⅲ is the third developing phase of the SERCOS protocol, it combine with the Ethernet technology, use the twisted-pair of low price as the transmission medium, and cause the developing of the SERCOS protocol to a new age. The paper will give the design of a SERCOS-Ⅲ interface cards which used ARM9 as main controller and based on the SERCOS software mode that followed the Ethernet standard, and discussed in detail of the hardware SERCOS-Ⅲ card and SERCOS-Ⅲ software structure.
