摘要
测量并观察94例受精龄为12~38周人胎儿睾丸的外形与组织发生。发现12周至24周(即第3至第6月)外形生长快于26周至38周(即6.5月至9.5月)。不同胎期出现生长速度上的差异,其原因可能与间质细胞分泌的睾酮量有关。12周的曲精小管内是由少量精原细胞和许多支持细胞组成。16周后有10例标本的曲精小管出现不规则腔隙。
94 cases of fetal testis and its histogenesis at the fertilized age of 12 to 38 weeks were measured and observed, It was found that morphological growth of testis of 12 to 24 weeks are faster than that of 26-38 weeks. The difference of growing speed exists in different fetal ages. It may be correlated with the testeotrone amount secreted by the interstitial cells. Solid seminiferous tubules appeared in the testis at 12 weeks. Irregular lumina appeared in the seminiferous tubules of 10 specimens after 16 weeks. This phenomenon does not coincids of the opinons of the embryologists. The results of observation were analysed and discussed.
