摘要
本研究用6种固定液、4种染色法,观察对显示小鼠耳廓、舌和背皮肤结缔组织肥大细胞的影响。结果表明:一种固定液固定的组织,用不同的染色法染色或不同固定液固定的组织,用一种染色法染色,显示肥大细胞的效果不同。这可能是由于固定液能影响肥大细胞颗粒对染料的亲合力。本文对不同部位的结缔组织肥大细胞对固定液的反应有差异这一现象,进行了讨论。
In the current study, 6 fixtures and 4 staining methods were used to demonstrate the effect of fixation and staining on the manifestation of the connective tissue mast cells of mice.The results showed that the effects were different when stained with different staining methods or when fixed with different fixatives.This may be caused by the influence of fixatives changing the affinity of the granules of mast cells to the dyes.In the paper, it is also discussed that the reaction of mast cells in variant places to fixation is different.
