摘要
汽车独立悬架扭杆是悬架的关键件、保安件,其生产工艺比较复杂。介绍了扭杆的生产工艺流程及扭杆的几种强化技术──中频感应淬火处理、喷丸、滚压和预扭处理的有关技术问题。感应淬火实现了仿应力强化,提高了扭杆的疲劳极限和使用性能。
Motor vehicle independent suspension torque rod is a key component and safety component of the suspension, of which the production technology is rather complex. The paper presents technological procedure of torque rod and relevant technical problems of several kind strengthening techniques for it-medium frequency induction quenching treatment, shot blasting, rolling and pre-twisting treatment. The induction quenching realizes imitated stress strengthening, raises fatigue limit and service performance of the torque rod.
