摘要
利用多种方法如圆二色谱、旋光、粘度、比色等测定多糖的各项特征,研究了多糖在溶液中的构象情况,以及外来因素如温度、pH、变性剂、金属离子、化学修饰剂等影响下,构象特征的变化。
By using various methods such as circular dichroism spectra, optical ratatory, viscosity, cororimetry etc., to determine diverse characteristics of polysaccharides. And to study conformation of polysaccharides in solations as well as the changes of the conformational characteristics due to factors including temperature, pH, denaturant, metallic ion, chemical modification agent. A series of significant conclusions are obtained in this paper.
