摘要
由于受多种条件的限制,西藏目前的人才队伍还不能完全适应西藏社会发展和建设的需要,人才资源面临着不少问题。本文基于西藏人才资源的现状,分析了人才资源开发中的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。
Current talented person human resources in Tibet can not fully adapt to the needs of Social Modernization. To get ready for the social and economic development of Tibet, it is quite necessary for us to conduct an analysis to of the existing problems in Tibet. Based on the demonstration and analysis of the current talented person resources and its problems, this paper gives some policy suggestions to enhance the talented person human resources development in Tibet.
