摘要
南水北调中线工程占压了大量的临时用地,其中相当一部分是耕园地,根据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》等有关的法律法规,大部分应进行复垦。结合南水北调工程的实际情况,选取弃土弃渣场、生产生活营区等几个典型从复垦程序、复垦步骤、工程量等方面进行设计,一方面规范复垦内容,另一方面为复垦工程投资计算等提供依据。
In the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, there are large area of land been occupied temporarily, part of which is cultivated land. According to the Land Act and other laws, the temporary occupied land must be reclaimed. Considering the real situation in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, typical dreg field and living area are selected and the land reclaim process is designed, which can normalize the land reclaim process and calculate the investment.
