摘要
医学动物实验对人类的生命科学发展起到重要作用。随着世界各国动物保护组织的建立,医学动物实验受到动物保护组织所倡导的动物权利论和动物福利法的严重挑战。通过介绍和阐述国外动物保护组织对医学动物实验的伦理观和法律观,进一步对我国由于医学动物实验所引发的伦理和法律问题进行研究和探讨。
The medical animal experiments play an important role in development of biomedicine. After the establishment of animal protection organization,animal experiments are suffering the challenge from the theory on animal rights and animal welfare act. This article will discuss the animal ethical and legal issues on the foreign animal protection organization induced by the medical animal experiments in our country and in the world.
