摘要 组织工程是在组织水平上操作的生物工程,主要致力于组织和器官的形成和再生,它是对外科领域中组织、器官缺损和功能障碍传统治疗方法和模式的一次革命。同时组织工程是一门多学科交叉的边缘学科,将是21世纪具有巨大潜力的高技术产业,必将产生巨大的社会和经济效益。 The major mission of this engineering is to reform and regenerate tissue and organ by bioengineering method at tissue level.It is a revolution of surgical means and mode to treat tissue defects and organ function disorder.Tissue engineering,as a high-tech industry correlation with a lot of other field,has enormity potential power,which will bring about substantial social and economic effectiveness.
