柑橘类果实种籽是柑橘果实加工过程中的废弃物之一,其中含有丰富的油脂,是一种潜在的植物油脂资源。介绍国内外对柑橘类果实种籽中油脂、柠檬苦素和柚苷等组分的研究利用概况。
The citrus seed is the main by-products in the processing of citrus fruits. The citrus seeds is a potential plant oil resource for its rich oil. The research and utilization situation of some components in citrus seeds, such as oil, limonins and naringin, were introduced in the article.
