摘要 作者应用研究增生活性的方法之一——嗜银核仁组成区法(AgNOR),测定了难以区分良恶性的结肠肿瘤50例及胰岛细胞瘤的增生活性,发现恶性组的AgNOR值非常明显地高于良性组,同时,对目前常用的研究肿瘤增生活性的不同方法进行了扼要的比较与讨论。 Studying proliferative activity is not only one fundamental problem in tumor pathobiology but also closely related to the grading,treatment and prognosis of tumors.One method for determining the proliferative activity,the Argyrophil stained nucleolar Organiser Region (Ag NOR) was used to study the proliferative activity in 50 cases of different colon tumors and in 21 cases of islet cell tumor.It is sometimes difficult to differentiate between benign and malignant ones morphologically in clinical pathology.Our results showed that the AgNOR values in malignant tumors were much higher than those in the benign ones and AgNOR can be used as a useful method for differentiating malignant tumors from benign.In the meantime,the advantages and shortcomings of different methods commonly used for studying proliferative activity in tumors were compared and discussed.
