大口径高射机枪自动发射过程仿真试验研究

摘要 为了深入了解一种大口径高射机枪自动机的运动学和动力学特性,基于多体动力学建立了高射机枪自动机数值仿真模型。该模型考虑了接触,碰撞和载荷随机性,其正确性被试验所验证。对该高射机枪实际发射过程进行了仿真试验研究,获得了一整套运动和载荷数据,详细分析了自动机系统的运动学和动力学特性,研究并揭示了含碰撞的开闭锁和供弹过程的工作机理。本项研究对高射机枪自动发射过程的动力学行为提出了新认识。 In order to understand deeply the kinematics and kinetics characteristics of an antiaircraft machine gun, a dynamic model of the automatic firing system was set up based on the theory of multi-rigid body. The surface contact and impact between the parts were considered in detail. The theory model was validated with the test results. The simulation of fire process of the automatic weapon was accomplished. A set of motion and load data were obtained. The kinematics performance of the multibody system of the automatic firing mechanism was analyzed. The motion of blocking mechanism and feed mechanism with impulse were studied. The detail understanding of the dynamics behavior in shooting cyclic of the automatic weapon were obtained.
