摘要
枪械自动机是枪械主要组成部分,其动力学特性分析是自动机设计的关键技术。将Solidworks和ADAMS软件联合构建一个虚拟样机平台,建立了某突击步枪自动机多体动力学仿真模型,进行了数值仿真分析,仿真分析的结果与实验结果相比吻合很好,表明了该平台的正确性。构建的平台与方法可以得到自动机中任意构件的运动学和动力学特性,大大缩短了枪械设计周期并提高了设计准确性,为枪械自动机设计提供了定量依据,为枪械的研制提供了新的分析方法。
The automatic mechanism is the main part of a rifle, and its kinematics/dynamics characteristics are key technologies. The virtual prototype platform was founded with the software of Solidworks and ADAMS, and the multi-bodies dynamics simulating model of an assault rifle automatic mechanism was set up by it, and the numerical simulation analysis as carried out. The simulating results tally with experiment, testifying the plaotform correctness. The platform and methods could gain the kinematics/dynamics characteristics of any the mechanism part, shorten the period of developing weapon, enhance design quality, provide a quantitative reference basis and a new method for designing firearms.
