摘要
本文结合香精油的理化性质及其作用机理,对其在动物生产中的抗菌作用和对营养物质代谢的影响进行介绍。
In this article, the physico-chemical property and mechanism of essential oil and its antibacterial action in animal production as well as the influence to nutrient metabolism were reviewed.
