摘要
试验通过添加牛至油来观察其对奶牛的产奶性能及抗氧化功能的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加15g质量分数为10%的牛至油预混剂,连续饲喂30d。结果表明:乳脂率提高7. 57% (P<0. 05),产奶量和乳蛋白率差异不显著(P>0. 05);血清SOD和GSH-Px活性分别提高6. 97%和10. 86% (P<0. 05 ),血清MDA含量下降7. 94% (P<0. 05)。牛至油可以提高牛奶乳脂率含量和增强抗氧化功能。
The effect of oil origanum additive on milking performance and antioxidative function of dairy cows was observed through experiment. In the control group, the cows were fed with basal diets and in the treatment group 15 g of 10% oil origanum premix feed was added into the basal diet. The test lasted 30 days. The result showed that the percentage of milk fat was increased by 7.57% (P<0.05) and the differences of percentage of milk protein and milk yield were not significant (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the activity of SOD and GSHPx of serum were increased by 6.97% and by 10.86% respectively (P<0.05). The content of MDA in serum was decreased by 7.94% (P<0.05). The oil origanum could increase the percentages of milk fat and enhance the antioxidation function of dairy cows.
