摘要
制备了Al-Ga-In-Mn-Bi-Pb、Al-Ga-In-Mn-Cd和Al-Ga-In-Mn-Pb3种铝阳极合金。分别测试了3种合金的自腐蚀速率、析氢速率、电化学性能等,并采用SEM分析了合金腐蚀后的表面形貌。结果表明:制备的3种铝阳极合金在5mol/LNaOH溶液中均具有较负的开路电位、低的自腐蚀速率和析氢速率,并且随着极化电位的增加,各合金均具有很高的电化学活性。
Three kinds of aluminum alloy anodes (Al-Ga-In- Mn-Bi-Pb, Al-Ga- corrosion rates, the H2 evolution rates and the electrochemical performance morphologies were analyzed by SEM. The results show that all the aluminum Inof all Mn-Cd and Al-Ga-In- Mn-Pb) were prepared. The self the alloys were measured, and the corrosion surface oy anodes have more negative open circuit potentials, lower self corrosion rates and H2 evolution rates in the 5 mol/L NaOH solution. Moreover, with the increasing of polarization potential, all the alloys have high electrochemical activities.
