摘要
采用固定化酵母使氧化型辅酶Ⅱ生成还原型辅酶Ⅱ，再与胆绿素还原酶粗品偶联催化胆绿素还原为胆红素，经纯化后，含量可达９８％。
A combined reduction system of NADPH,prepared by reduction of NADP+ with immobilized brewer's yeast and crude biliverdin reductase has been used to reduce biliverdin to bilirubin,which was purified to obtain a product of 98% purity.
