摘要
采用正交实验设计的方法,对由猪胆汁钙盐法生产胆红素的工艺进行了探讨,使胆红素的收率比原工艺增加了约0.015%,以胆汁计可达0.045%左右。还证实在胆红素被氧化为胆绿素,在尚未进一步破坏的情况下,可通过补加过量的抗氧荆,配合调 pH,使再转变为胆红素。
The production technology of bilirubin fr-om porcine bile was explored with the ortho-gonal design method.The bilirubin yield wasincreased from 0.03 to 0.045%.It was shownthat the biliverdin produced by oxidation ofbilirubin could be retransformed into biliru-bin when an excess of antioxidant was added.
