摘要
多校区高校已成为高等教育发展过程中的一种普遍现象。多校区发展实现了精英教育向大众化教育的转型,扩大了教育生存空间,提高了高校竞争的优势,因此研究高校多校区办学的管理模式,对全面提升高校的整体办学效益都是非常有意义的。本文从高校多校区的含义入手,分析了多校区管理模式的类型和目前存在的问题,并提出相应的改革建议。
Multi - campus pattern has become a common phenomenon in the development of higher education in China. Most of the universities are trying to make themselves become multi - campus. This is the trend that turns the education from elite to civil, expands the universities＇living space and enhances the competitiveness of them. So the research on the multi - campus pattern of Chinese uni- versities makes a lot of sense both for the improvement of holistie higher education pattern and for the increase of education income. With the start of the meaning of multi - campus, this paper analyzes the universities＇multl - campus management pattern and the problem existed now, then presents the corresponding methods for improving.
