摘要
本文通过实验表明,在无紊流条件,FeSO4去除直接黄棕D3G的混凝反应符合异向凝聚动力学特征,反应速率常数K与T/μ成正比,并随pH值的变化而变化,异向凝聚过程中有效碰撞系数η值为0.154,表明染料颗粒在FeSO4的作用下脱稳已比较完全。
The flocculating process is dominated by perikeinetic flocculation in the system without turbulent fluctuation. Experimental results showed that the reaction constant K is proportional to T/μ, which agrees with the perikinetic flocculation theory perfectly. The decrease of solution pH increases the aggregating degree of dye molecules in aqueous solution, which decreases k. On the other hand, it weakens the surface charge of dye molecules, which facilitates the coagulation reaction and increases K. The two factors lead to an optimum pH for coagulation, which is 3.35 according to this paper. At pH 3.47 and room temperature, the effective collision coefficient η is 0.154, which indicates the dye particles are well estabilished by FeSO_4 in aqueous solution.
