摘要
锦鸡儿提取物iv100、200mg／kg能明显抑制家兔的血小板粘附性；对家兔颈动静脉旁路中形成的血栓有抑制作用；还可抑制Chandler法形成的体外血栓，使湿血栓长度缩短，湿重、干重明显减轻。
Extract of Caragana sinica (Buc,hoz) Rehd (100, 200 mg/kg iv.) could markedly inhibit platelet adherence, and thrombosis formation in arteriovenous bypass of rabbits, shortened the length of thrombosis by Chandler's method in vitro and concomitantly decrease the wet and dry weight of thrombosis.
