摘要
应用薄层扫描法测定了凤乳通颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量，加样回收率为95．6％，RSD为2.82％。该法可控制本制剂的质量。
Astragalin A in Fengrutong Granule was determined quantitatively by TLC scanner. The average recovery was 95. 6%,coefficient of variation was 2. 82%. The method is suitable for the quality con trol of Fengrutong Granule.
