摘要
目的:分析D3根治术在右半结肠癌中的意义。方法:回顾分析我院1987.4～2003.7年间的右半结肠癌175例分别采用D3和D2两种术式临床疗效。结果:采用D3术式较D2术式其预后有显著差别(P<0.01)。结论:D3根治术在右半结肠癌手术中有重要意义,应作为标准的根治方式。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of right hemicoloectomy with D3 lymph node dissection for right colon cancer. Methods： A total of 175 cases were given right hemicoloectomy with D3 or D2 lymph node dissection from April 1987 to July 2003, and their clinical effects were compared and analyzed. ResultS： There was significant difference in prognosis between patients with D3 radical operation and D2 radical operation （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Right hemicoloectomy with D3 lymph node dissection is an effective way to reduce neoplasm recurrence without more operative complications which should be a standard radical operation for right colon cancer.
