大肠癌D_3术式在临床中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的　探讨大肠癌D3 术式在临床中的应用及意义。方法　对 1997～ 2 0 0 3年用D3 根治术治疗的大肠癌 6 7例进行回顾性分析。结果　结肠癌 4 7例 ,直肠癌 2 0例 ,均施行D3 根治术 ,术中均注意无瘤接触及杀瘤等技术操作 ,术后全部治愈出院 ,其 1、2、3年的生存率分别为 92 %、84 %及 78%。结论　大肠癌D3 术式是一种安全有效的术式 ,能减少肿瘤复发及提高生存率。
