血府逐瘀汤对气滞血瘀型CHD血浆HCY LDL-C水平的影响 被引量:6

Effects on Applying Chinese Medicine XueFu ZhuYu Decoction on Treatment of Plasma HCY LDL-C level about Coronary Heart Disease with Syndrome Stagnation of Vital Energy and Blood Stasis

摘要 目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤对气滞血瘀型冠心病(CHD)疗效及对血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的影响。方法:将86例CHD患者据病情轻重程度随机分为中西药结合组和西药组,予以相同的西药基础治疗,中西药结合组加用血府逐瘀汤治疗,并对治疗前后血浆HCY、LDL-C水平进行统计学处理。结果(:1)中西药结合组和西药组血浆HCY、LDL-C水平治疗前均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。且HCY、LDL-C二者治疗前后均呈显著正相关(r=0.4011,r=0.4018,P<0.01);(2)中西药结合组与西药组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论(:1)气滞血瘀型CHD患者血浆HCY、LDL-C水平治疗前后均呈显著正相关,提示二者存在着相关关系。(2)血府逐瘀汤有显著抗高HCY血症、高LDL-C血症的作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects on application Chinese Medicine XueFu ZhuYu decoction to treatment of plasma homocystein(HCY), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)level in coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods : 86 cases of CHD patients according to the severity degree were divided into combination of TCM with Western medicine group and Western medicine group. On the same basic Western medicine treatment, XueFu ZhuYu decoction was added to the combination of TCM with Western medicine group. The plasma HCY, LDL-C level were statistical treatment before and after treatment. Results : (1)The plasma HCY, LDL-C level of the two groups before treatment showed no significant difference (P〉0.05), and showed significant difference after treatment (P〈0.025). There was a significant positive correlation (r=0.4011 r=0.4018,P〈0.01) both before and after treatment.(2) The treatment of the combination of TCM with Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: (1) The plasma HCY, LDL-C level showing a significant positive eorrelation before and after treatment suggests that there is a correlation between the both. (2)XueFu ZhuYu decoction have the function of anti-high HCY, anti-high LDL-C.
